Land use field data collection and geodatabase integration experience in projects such as <em>Karachi City Strategic Master Plan (KSDP-2020)</em> has provided System Engineering Services (SES) the necessary and critical knowledge base required to design and implement infrastructure and management systems in Master Planning projects.

Land use based demand assessment is the pivotal requirement to effectively plan and undertake scenario analysis and also entail future projections in the development of a comprehensive Urban Master Plan Project. Major infrastructure design and schemes of water supply, sewerage, transportation and energy demand are all  directly depended on the accurate and spatial resolution of land use data capture and data assessment.

System Engineering Services (SES) has developed generic baseline models to undertake not only urban master planning but also water resources, environmental and ecological master plans and management models.
